What is it: Demonstrates drawing fractels (in a nonoptimized fashion). It does simplified Julia and Mandelbrot.

1. This demo uses several resource only dib's as selector information for palette colors. You can select this palette into the application for an interesting effect.
2. Provides a lookup table function to mimic easy access to the basic 16 Windows colors.
